Quanterall Ltd is the main organiser of the BlackSeaChain Conference and as such, Quanterall and its affiliated companies (herein together referred to as BlackSeaChain) respect and realise the importance of protecting your privacy, and BlackSeaChain is committed to protecting your privacy rights to the fullest possible extent.

The Privacy Policy is for information purposes and serves satisfaction of information obligations imposed on the data controller under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the repealing Directive 95/46/EC. BlackSeaChain provides the Newsletter subscription service for the users who give their voluntary consent to this by means of the Website functionalities.

In order to activate the Newsletter subscription service, the user needs to provide ONLY their email address and activate the service through a link included in the email sent to the user to the stated address. The user may at any time terminate the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service with immediate effect by deactivating the subscription.

Through the website, BlackSeaChain provides a contact form service consisting of providing the User with free contact with BlackSeaChain in order to obtain information about:

• vacant positions at the company,
• scope of services provided by the company and detailed information about the business activities
• option of booking a (video) conference call with our experts.

For this purpose, the User should follow the instructions indicated on the Website and provide: Name, email, and company name.

BlackSeaChain services, and products are not provided for use by children and we do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 - 16 (depending on the EU member state country).
